OUR VISION
Our vision is to elevate Black people in the arts and entertainment industry by creating spaces where they are more visible, heard, credited, developed, and provided with the resources they need to thrive. We are committed to breaking down barriers that limit their opportunities for funding and compensation, and to ensuring that they are given the proper space to exist and continue to lead and impact the world with their creativity.
